BV SERIES
The press is used for splitting, adjusting, maintenance and try-out operations of small to medium dies and moulds (thermoplastics, die casting, thermosetting, rubber and blanking)
The BV series consists of 3 lines: P series, C series and E series, declined in different models depending on the size and capacity of the platens.
Available platens sizes are from a minimum of 770×680 mm (31×25 inches) to a maximum of 2.000×1.500mm (78×59 inches).

SPOTTING PRESSES FOR ASSEMBLY, ADJUSTMENT, CHECK AND REPAIR FOR MEDIUM AND LARGE MOULDS
MIL SERIES
The press is used for splitting, adjusting, maintenance and try-out operations of medium to large dies and moulds (thermoplastics, die casting, thermosetting, rubber and blanking)
It is also possible to inject special waxes at low pressure into the mould.
The MIL series consists of 2 lines: Classic and Compact Series, declined in different models depending on the size and capacity of the platens.
Available platens sizes are from a minimum of 1.200×1.000 mm (47×39 inches) to a maximum of 5.000×2.500mm (196×98 inches).
Each line is available in two variants: the floor version and the pit version.

The die-splitter was developed following our customers’ needs to easily handle large stamping dies, also in the sheet metal sector.The die-splitter is an innovative, versatile, and efficient solution, in order to support the increased amount of automation of the manufacturing process, in accordance with higher safety standards. The Blue line now represents for many mould specialists an important and essential technology to ensure quality.
Available platens sizes are from a minimum of 1.400×1.700 mm (55×67inches) to a maximum of 4.500×2.800mm (177×110 inches).

FOR THE SAFE HANDLING/ROTATION OF HEAVY INJECTION MOULDS, DIES AND OTHERS
TOOL MOVER
TOOL MOVER enables the gentle and safe turning of sensitive injection moulds and heavy tools. This unit turns, rotates and tilts massively heavy tools/objects safely and gently.
The TOOL MOVER is designed for axial rotary movements of tools up to 64 tons dead weight and up to 22 m3 volume. It is designed so that the pivot point is always in the safe area of the tool.
The TOOL MOVER can be used anywhere in the plant, since it is not anchored to the floor and is very compact. It can be moved with a hoist (lifting points) or lift truck (fork insertion points).
